Return Policy
For online purchases, bamboospeaker will
accept all unused or defective merchandise in its original condition for
refund/exchange for 30 days from the receipt of shipment when accompanied by
the original sales slip. However, free gift products cannot be returned/exchanged.
Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Refunds may only be issued in the form of paypal. Every effort will be made to
ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once
the return/exchange has been processed.
Shipping
charges for any returned/changed item(s) are the client's responsibility. Bamboospeaker
will deduct the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee from the original
amount when issue the refund. Returns and exchanges on all items will only be
honored in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in
the original box.
Items should be shipped with a return/exchange tag attached with
the following information:

Product Code/Product Name

Details of the reason for your return
We
reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the
above return requirements in bamboospeaker's sole discretion.
The
exchange of an item purchased on bamboospeaker.com involves an easy two-steps
process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to
purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the
steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must
be received by bamboospeaker in original condition and that new orders are
subject to bamboospeaker having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges
for any changed item(s) are the client's responsibility.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or
modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to davina@bamboospeaker.com or
click Online Support for assistance. We will make every effort to accommodate
your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the
purchase can be cancelled or modified. As long as the package has not left our
warehouse, the order may be cancelled. If the package has already left our
warehouse, you can refuse to accept the package, or use the supplied package
return sticker to send it back to us free of charge. Once you have received
